It's Christmas Time

It's Christmas Time! Mommy loves Christmas, we have to listen to Christmas music all the time, I like it, but Daddy gets kinda tired of it. This weekend we went to Winnipeg to stay at the Fort Garry Hotel for Mommy's work party. We also went Christmas shopping and I sat on Santas lap. I was a very good girl, I was a little nervous and tensed up and made a face I've never made before, but I wasn't even close to crying so I did great. We also found a Christmas tree last weekend and got it all decorated. It was really fun playing with the lights. I have been pretty good so far, I'm getting a little braver and have gone over to it a few times to check it out, I've only taken 1 swipe at it. And I haven't even touched the presents.

I've done a lot of things in the last 2 weeks. I have two more teeth. That makes 5. I have gone 4 nights only waking up once to eat!! It's amazing. Mommy and Daddy can't beleive it. Although it did take some work, 2 rough nights of crying in my crib and that was it. We will wait a few more months before we try going the entire night. Yesterday I stood up on my own a bunch of times, and I've started dancing a lot. When Mommy watches Ellen in the morning I go over to the chair so I can stand up and dance. I can also walk around the whole house with my walking toy. I'm very proud!

Well the next time I post will probably be after Christmas. We will have lots of pictures, and I might be walking by then, that is Mommy's prediction.

Winter Begins

Well, winter has begun, which means time indoors has increased. It's a good thing I really like playing with my toys and crawling around the house because we have been doing a lot of it these days. There isn't really much new to tell you, I have another tooth, I am still growing (19 lbs now), I am still up 2-4 times a night, and I am still getting cuter every day!!

Watching cartoons, I still love watching TV. There are little short shows on treehouse that I love, even if I am in another room and I hear them, I go crawling to see the TV.

Being in the kitchen with Mommy is so much fun, I crawl after her wherever she goes. Into the fridge, the cupboards, and the dishwasher. I am usually too late by the time I get there, but sometimes she'll leaves the doors open so I can play.

This is a very fun game. I find the chocolate, drop it on the floor then slowly get back down.

Then the munching begins. Still can't get through that wrapper though.

I still get to go for chariot rides, usually twice a day. First a walk with Mommy then a jog with Dadddy and the puppy, and I usually fall asleep when we jog, especially now that it is dark out.

I I can wave bye-bye and say babababa. It is very cute.

Fargo!

This past weekend we went to fargo to celebrate Mommy's birthday. It was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, It kinda was but I was up to my usual...not sleeping! I was acutally pretty happy for the litttle amount of sleep that I did get. We did a lot of shopping, even started buying some christmas gifts. I had a lot of snacks and watched a lot of movies, and of course did a lot of swimming.

When we got to our hotel room, I made a new friend. I really liked her and kept going to go and play with her the entire time

Happy Halloween

I had a great halloween. It was such a busy day trick or treating. I was a very busy monkey! In the morning we went to Grandmas to play with Oakley, then we all went to the mall. After that we went to Auntie Hollie's for lunch. We finally went home for a nap. But then it was time to go to Uncle Sifters work, so mommy had to wake me up. It was so much fun there, I got so many treats, and I even got to have a sucker! Then we went home and showed Daddy all of my treats, and I played with them until supper. After supper I had a long nap. Then we went to the care home to visit Great Grandma. I was a funny girl. All of the ladies were laughing at me, so I yelled back at them for a long time. I was just getting into my cheering mode before going to the Aces game. I was so good this time, and there was lots of people to help with me. I even got to watch the second period in the student section. I only ended up going to bed at 11:30. Wow, what a great day!

Fall

Well I am officially crawling, have been for a while now. Mommy is so busy with me that she hasn't had time to announce it or put up a video. I am everywhere, into plants, and the satellite buttons, and toilets and pretty much anything you can think of. I almost fell down the stairs so we now have a gate, which I really like to play with. I am starting to stand up along furniture and I love climbing on stuff, especially if someone is lying on the floor, I go straight for them, and try to climb over. I still love being outside even though it's getting very cold. I sit very nicely in the chariot, I don't even mind my mittens.

Hockey season is going full swing. I have already been to the rink a number of times, cheering on the aces, and watching Daddy coach. I'm not sure how often I'll be allowed to go though, Mommy is always busy helping and I'm just too busy for her to watch me. Next week mommy is going to take me skating, well I'm not going to skate, she is, and I am going to watch and learn. We are going to have to find some more winter activities to keep us busy, otherwise we are going to go crazy sitting in the house all winter long.

Mommy just put up a few pictures today, she wanted to put them up before Halloween. I know am going to have lots of pictures in my costume. I can't wait to go trick or treating!
