My 1st Birthday Party

We had my very first Birthday party at Daddy's school Saturday morning. It was lots of fun. We played all sorts of stuff, had pizza and cake, opened presents. I was very tired by the time it was all over. Thanks everyone for coming to my party and for all the great gifts!

Pigtails

When Daddy picked me up from the babysitters last week I had pigtails in my hair. It was sooo cute! Mommy thought they must have had to sit on me to get them in. She'll have to bring me there whenever she wants me to have them again. I'm pretty sure I won't let her do it.

The day before I turned one I learned how to show everyone that I am "1".

Suppertime silliness

I'm always happy in my highchair because I love to eat. I still hum whenever I am eating something I like, which is almost all the time.

Daddy always wants me to eat by myself. It usually turns into a disaster.

Randoms

It's been a while since I have posted. We've been up to all sorts of stuff. I've also had a cold for the last month, I have a very sore nose. And last week we all had the flu. So it's been a bit of a rough go at our place so far this month. I'll make a bunch posts for you guys to show you what we have all been up to.

We went to see Disney On Ice. I had a great time. I watched the first half, then during the break I had my picture taken with Mickey Mouse. Then I had a nap during the second half.

I've been into reading books, finally! I even sat on Auntie Lana's lap and let her read to me.



We went to Brandon for a weekend of hockey. Daddy's hockey team was just finished so we went to Brandon to watch more. I loved our hotel room. It was so big, and the lady at the hotel desk even gave me some new toys, so I just walked around our room holding my new stuff most of the weekend. And of course we went swimming, I even wore my wetsuit because last time the water was pretty cold.
