A big trip to get our new camper

We bought a new camper in Iowa, so last week we drove to get it. On the way we stopped in De Moines to see an Iowa Cubs game (the cubs AAA farm team). It was really fun, almost as good as the real thing. It was even dog days and a lot of the fans had their dogs so it was very entertaining for me.

After more than 12 hours of driving we finally made it to our new camper!

So much room for me to play. Really good since it seems to rain everyday.

We had a few other nice days on the trip, and we found some pretty awesome playgrounds.

Clear Lake

We just got back from a few nights at Clear Lake at a friends cabin. We got really lucky and had one nice hot day.

I loved the playground.

I even liked the baby swing which I usually think that I am too big for.


I fell asleep on the boat, and missed all of the action.

I really liked it on the big dock, we watched a lot of boats.

Mommy and Daddy let me have my very own ice cream for the first time. It sure was good. I pretty much just jammed it onto my face and held it there.

Grafton Camping

Grafton camping was another new adventure. There were so many kids I loved it. It was a pretty cold, rainy, windy weekend but we did get a few nice sunny hours one afternoon, the rest of the time it was so cold I even had to wear my touque. Good thing there was a indoor pool.
