One big post

Time for a catch up. Here is a post of the last 2 months. First some pics of before Lyla was born that never made it on the blog. Easter and my last gymnastics show. It was dark in the MEC and this is the only pic that turned out. Mom and Dad were very proud of me. I waited in the back room without them for an hour before the show started, and came out with my partner and did all of the stations, even saw Mom and Dad in the middle and gave them a big wave.

We have been camping twice this year so far, and waiting for much more camping this summer. I have been adjusting to life in our house with my little sister. So far it has gone well, but we all have our days. I really do love her, but some days I tell mom I would like to throw her in the garbage. I love hugging, kissing and holding her, and at the same time, hitting and kicking her!

She has been growing up really fast. She is almost 11 pounds and stretching out of lots of her sleepers. She has started smiling and cooing, which is really really cute. She is a pretty good sleeper, usually up twice a night to eat really quick and then back to bed. She is just about 2 months now, so we will see how she adjusts to summer and spending more time outdoors and out and about. The pics of Lyla are backwards, starting with the most recent.

A few more days until dad is done school, and our summer officially begins. Hopefully we will post new pics a little quicker over the summer
